                           CONTRACT & HEALTH WARRANTY

 

This agreement is between Sellers Danielle and Eric Johnson and Buyer ________________________

 

It is agreed between Seller and Buyer as follows:

 

1.      DESCRIPTION OF DOG:                                                                                                                         

The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is as follow:

2.      Condition of Sale:                                                                                                                        

Seller guarantees that at the time of delivery, the dog is in good heath. Should dog be found to be in poor health of a serious nature, Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement dog from another litter after dog is returned to seller at Buyer’s expense. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

The following conditions apply to the sale of the aforementioned dog:

 

A.      The Buyer has THREE (3) days from the time of receipt of dog to have dog examined by a veterinarian. Any request to return the dog to the Seller for a full refund must be made within this time period and only be requested should the dog prove to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided to seller. This guarantee will be terminated immediately if dog is not examined within the allotted time.

B.      A warranty against all life altering genetic disease is provided for one year after the date of sale. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time that will greatly shorten the life of, or greatly alter the quality of life of dog, Seller will provide Buyer with a dog from another litter.

C.      A warranty for HD is provided for one year after the date of sale. This warranty will be terminated should dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints be overstressed at any point during the warranty period. Should dog be found to have HD within its first year, Buyer must provide Seller with proof. We reserve the right to confirm the results before a replacement is provided. Replacement will only be provided if dog is returned to Seller at Buyers expense. Buyer acknowledges that Seller has provided information regarding HD and agrees to appropriately follow guidelines to best protect the maturing and developing hips of dog.

D.      Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable to the Buyer or to any third for any consequential incidental or special damages resulting from or in manner related to the dog.

E.       Upon execution of this contract all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Buyer.

F.       Said puppy is being sold as a pet only. Buyer has 6 months to provide written verification to Johnson’s Labradoodles that spaying and or neutering has been preformed.  If on the 7th month this has not been done the contract & health warranty is forfeited.

 

 

 

3.      Maintenance:                                                                                                                      

Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, inoculation, internal and external parasites, and preventative medication Veterinary records must be provided to breeder if requesting replacement. If any of the above preventative care has not been provided, health warranty will be void.

 

4.      Deposit & Payment:                                                                                                                          

If you would like to reserve a puppy we take a $250 non-refundable deposit on males or females puppies.  First come first serve, first deposit gets first pick of litter, second deposit gets second pick and so on. Final picks begin when the puppy is 6 weeks old. We require that the puppy be paid in full at the 6th week.  We accept only money orders, please no personal checks. Please make payments to Eric or Danielle Johnson.

 

5.      Shipping:                                                                                                                                       

When shipping is required, it at the buyer’s expense.  That runs approximately $300. That includes Shipping crate, and heath certificate. We try to ship to the closes Major airport to buyer.

 

6.      Full and Final Agreement:                                                                                                                        

The parties agree that this writing represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other representations have been made regarding the dog described above. By signing this contract you agree to its terms and conditions.
